Subject: soundboard v aud
I listended to some of the audience recording of this show earlier in the day and was really impressed with the show. I went right for the Playing in the band listening to the aud, and was a little disappointed at first with it. But when I listened to the SB tonight it makes a world of difference. Phil's bass comes through so much better on this recording. Keith's piano is much better too. I compared Samson and Delilah also and phil's bass just rocks out on this recording! Since I gave the aud 4++ I must give this one a 4+++. Right now I am listening to the drums and they are really good. trippy duck sounds in the middle of it. I like hearing the aud recording and getting a feel for the energy of the crowd. This would make a great Charlie Miller Matrix. Why can't someone just make a martix and call it an aud so I can download it easily?
